ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Processing time is 1-2 business days.
- Orders are not dispatched on weekends.
Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.

CUSTOM/ MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
All custom and made-to-order products have lead times prior to dispatch.
- Estimated build times are displayed on each product page
- These lead times are indicative only and may vary based on order volume and product complexity
- Once built, your item will be shipped with tracking details and an updated ETA
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & MISSED DELIVERIES
Your order will be delivered via postal service.
- If no one is available to accept the delivery, a collection card or notification will be left
- It is your responsibility to collect the item from the designated collection point
- If an item is returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete address details, you may be required to pay additional shipping charges for redelivery

- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, weather, or other external factors
