Engineered and fabricated in Australia, our 80 Series Airbox is purpose-built for the Toyota LandCruiser 80 Series. Designed to improve airflow, filtration and protection from engine-bay heat, while maintaining a clean and practical fitment. These airboxes are built in-house with a focus on quality, durability and serviceability. It’s made to perform in the harsh conditions Australian 4WDs are built for.

The airboxes feature a 4-inch inlet and outlet to maximise airflow. All airboxes are fitted with a ball valve in the bottom that can be left open or closed for those high river crossings. They are built to also fit the brake booster upgrade while retaining your original mounting position for the Toyota “power outlet”, so there is no need to re-route or extend any cables. These airboxes are sealed by an 8mm acrylic lid and a brushed stainless trim featuring 8x M6 bolts or Ebisu Ti Bolt selection that evenly clamp down on a high-quality D-seal. They can be optioned with the high-flow BMC filter, K&N filter or no filter.

AIRBOX VARIANTS

Standard straight 4" inlet/outlet: Is our standard base option to suit most turbo/engine setups.

High mount turbo setup: This option has a slightly angled inlet allowing you to run a silicone bend to most high mount turbo setups. 

Low mount turbo extended intake: If you are wanting one less silicone bend in your intake, this option has an extended 90 bend off the airbox leaving only one silicone bend needed for fit up to your low mount turbo.

FITMENT AND INSTALLATION
These airboxes are designed to mount directly to the factory Toyota airbox mounting point and use the factory Toyota rubbers from your original airbox.

PRE-SALE & LEAD TIME
The 80 Series Airbox pre-sale will run for 3 weeks only. Once the pre-sale closes, production will commence.
Please allow approximately 2 weeks for manufacturing after the pre-sale closes. Once production is complete, airboxes will be packaged and shipped directly to customers.

All pre-sale orders for the 80 Series Airbox are final and non-refundable for change of mind.

Once a pre-sale order has been placed, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, transferred or refunded due to change of mind, including changes to vehicle setup, selected options, or deciding that the product is no longer required.

Please ensure all vehicle, engine, turbo setup, finish and filter options are selected correctly before completing your order. By placing a pre-sale order, you acknowledge that you are committing to the purchase of the selected 80 Series Airbox configuration and understand the applicable pre-sale and manufacturing lead times.

RAW ALUMINIUM
If selecting the “Raw Aluminium” finish, please do not expect a mirror-finished product that is perfect. We always aim to make these boxes to the highest quality, but unfortunately cannot control the material arriving with any minor scratches, fingerprints, etc. We do the best we can, but unfortunately with raw products these things can happen.
